I began the Lamp & Endtable Project in 2003. It came from dreams. With a message for environmental awareness, the Lamp & Endtable symbolizes an American and our roll in the wilderness. It is a message to respect the earth. The photos are not manipulated, 35mm, holga 120, Poloroid film; digital, and are shot in the North West from Alaska to Northern California. I continue to photograph through time now in my 16th year.
As the project continues to evolve I go off on tangents using many media to portray the objects, often on repurposed and recycled materials that also derive from the home.
